Sites you submit — the website or Shopify store URLs you ask us to scan, and the resulting scan reports.
Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only your card brand and last four digits and the billing address you provide, for receipts and account display.
Communication preferences — whether you opted in to marketing emails.
Technical data — IP address and basic request information, used to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

How we use your information

To provide the Service — run scans, generate reports, and manage your account.
To send transactional emails you need (email verification, your reports, billing receipts).
To send marketing emails (SEO tips, product updates) only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
To secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent fraud and abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under appropriate safeguards:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — sending email.
Railway and Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies & local storage

We use minimal, essential storage — for example, a login token kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep your account and reports for as long as your account is active so your history stays available. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and by keeping card data with our PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

International users

The Service is operated from the United States; by using it, you consent to processing there.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
